Since fights in the NHL seem to be getting more rare with each passing season(much to the delight of Gary Bettman), here is a great find for you: A superb gallery of some notable tussles from this season.

If Bettman does not like fighting, then why didn't he stick with basketball? Oh, I forgot...basketball has fighting too. (sighs and rolls her eyes)

But unlike basketball, hockey's fighting *actually* has a purpose. But yes, try telling Buttman that.
